As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sandy Meurer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow up on client needs.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Compensation $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
